How do I start watching the content?

You must first sign-up for a free account (no credit card required). Once you do, you can watch 100's of health / consumer / products videos free on all your devices. How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to www.green-flower.com
  2. Click "Log In" in the upper right hand corner of your screen
  3. At the bottom of the login form, click "Reset Your Password"
  4. Enter your e-mail address and click "Send me reset instructions"
  5. You'll receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password within a few minutes
  6. The e-mail should arrive in your Inbox. Please check your Spam/Junk folders just in case it ended up there.
  7. Click through the "Change my password" link provided in your e-mail
  8. You will then be directed back to the site to enter your new password
  9. Remember to click, "change password" to save your new password

I'm having trouble streaming videos.. Help!

Let's make sure your computer systems are all up-to-date:

  • Most recent version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari
  • Operating system: Windows 7+, Mac OS X 10.7+, or Ubuntu 10+. We do not support SunOS
  • Internet connection with 1+ Mbps
  • In addition, reduce how many devices are using your internet connection when accessing GF videos as this may affect bandwidth and cause timeouts during streaming.
  • Clear your Cache. Steps for this vary depending on your internet browser.
  • Refresh your page.
  • It can be helpful to allow the video to buffer for a few minutes before pressing play.

My purchase didn't go through, why?

  1. Make sure the correct billing address is linked to the credit card you're using
  2. Ensure you have funds available
  3. Confirm credit card number is entered correctly
  4. Verify credit card is not expired

I have a medical condition. Can you recommend cannabis products to me?

We are not Doctors or Medical Professionals and are therefore unable to prescribe, advise, or make any recommendations about cannabis dosage, delivery method, etc. for your specific ailments. But please dig into our content featuring world renowned cannabis + health experts as many people find the answers they are seeking through our videos.

Do your videos come in any other language or with subtitles?

Providing access to our global audience is SO important to us. Currently, we do not have the option to view our videos with subtitles or in another language but this is something we are actively working on. Stay tuned!

How do I cancel my Premium Subscription?

If you need to cancel your membership, please email us at info@greenflowermedia.com or leave us a voicemail at: (805) 947 - 0500. Please be sure to include the email address you use to login to your paid membership so we can locate your account. If you attempt to cancel and do not receive a confirmation email stating that your account is cancelled - we did not receive your inquiry and your account is still active.

How do I cancel my Premium Subscription?

If you have signed up for our Premium Membership and would like to cancel your subscription, you must notify us by one of the following methods 5 days prior to your next billing date:- Email: info@greenflowermedia.com - Voicemail: (805)-947- 0500- Mail: Green Flower Media, Inc, 4744 Telephone Rd, 3-289, Ventura, CA 93003,
For all requests, please include your first and last name, and the e-mail address linked to your Premium account.
We will gladly refund any payment within 30 days of billing with cancellation in writing. If you would like a refund due to a technical issue on our part, we will also refund a 30 day billing. If you are cancelling because of a technical issue on your part, we cannot issue a refund but will cancel your account with no further billing. If you abuse your account in any way (sharing access for instance) your account could be cancelled with no refund.

After request for refund/cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail that your account has been cancelled, we did not receive your request and your account is still active.
