Accessing the Learn Green Flower Platform!

Having trouble accessing your Green Flower library?

Making Sure You're Logged In

The first thing is to make sure you're logged into the Green Flower platform.

If you are not logged in, you'll see this at the top, right-hand corner of the screen:

NOTE: When you sign up for a Green Flower event or class for the first time, you're automatically given a membership account with!

When you click "Login or Register" at the top of your screen you'll open the login prompt:

If you know your login info, you can enter it here. Or if you're new to Green Flower, create a new account by clicking "Sign Up" in the upper right-hand corner.

You can also reset your password if you've forgotten it, and we will email instructions so you can change it and get logged in.

Creating a New Account

You can reach the register form by clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

You will be guided through a series of forms that will ask your login information and interests.

If you try to register for a new account and receive a message that "You are already registered, please login instead", you probably signed up for one of our virtual events in the past or are a member of our email list and so already have an account!

In this case, you should be redirected to the Login form where you can request a password change if necessary. Instructions will be sent to whichever email address you've used to engage Green Flower.

Once You're Logged In

When you're logged in you will see your main pages along the top middle of the screen and the face icon at the top, right-hand corner of the screen:

To access your Green Flower Library, click on "Home"

Clicking the face icon will open a dropdown menu:

From there you can click 'Settings' where you have the option of editing your info, picture, and password:

Once you've edited your profile and uploaded an image, you'll see something like this at the top, right-hand corner of the screen whenever you are logged in.

Premium Subscription cancellation

If you have signed up for our Premium Membership and would like to cancel your subscription, you must notify us by one of the following methods 5 days prior to your next billing date:- Email: - Voicemail: (805)-947- 0500- Mail: Green Flower Media, Inc, 4744 Telephone Rd, 3-289, Ventura, CA 93003,
For all requests, please include your first and last name, and the e-mail address linked to your Premium account.
We will gladly refund any payment within 30 days of billing with cancellation in writing. If you would like a refund due to a technical issue on our part, we will also refund a 30 day billing. If you are cancelling because of a technical issue on your part, we cannot issue a refund but will cancel your account with no further billing. If you abuse your account in any way (sharing access for instance) your account could be cancelled with no refund.

After request for refund/cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail that your account has been cancelled, we did not receive your request and your account is still active.
