This module includes 19 slides of information on enforcement & discipline in licensed cannabis operations, including local licensing authority, inspections, incident reporting, administrative liability, and criminal liability.

The Responsible Vendor Training final exam includes 30 multiple choice questions drawn directly from lesson content. To pass, learners must complete the exam with a score of 70 or above. 

Learners are given two opportunities to pass the final exam before the assessment becomes locked.

To facilitate digital exam proctoring requirements, learners are required to upload a picture of themselves holding a valid government-issued identification card that clearly shows both their picture and name.

Valid forms of identification accepted for this purpose include driver’s license, military ID, or a passport.
