The Cannabis Handler Certificate is a nationally-accredited cannabis certificate program designed to satisfy food safety certificate requirements, modified specifically for application in the cannabis industry.
The ANSI National Accreditation Board has accredited the Cannabis Handler Certificate (CHC) and attests that the program fulfills the requirements of ASTM D8403-21, Standard Practice for Certificate Programs within the Cannabis and Hemp Industries.
This course will provides learners with required compliance training for proper cannabis handling and important health & safety considerations that are crucial to the manufacturing of safe, high-quality cannabis-infused products.
There are no additional course or certificate requisites for enrollment in the Cannabis Handler Certificate program. To earn a Cannabis Handler Certificate, learners must purchase an enrollment in the course, complete all course modules, and successfully pass the multiple choice final exam. Learners are given two attempts to complete the final exam; if they are unsuccessful, the exam and course content become locked after two attempts and a new enrollment must be purchased to regain course access.
Technology Requirements:
A laptop, tablet, or mobile device, as well as high-speed / broadband internet (recommended 25 Mbps) will be required for multimedia content and digital assessments.

The Cannabis Handler Certificate final exam includes multiple choice questions drawn directly from lesson content. To pass, learners must complete the exam with a score of 70 or above.
Learners are given two opportunities to pass the final exam before the assessment becomes locked. To unlock additional attempts to pass, a new certificate enrollment must be purchased.
All CHC certificate enrollment purchases are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and final.
