Welcome to Green Flower’s Cannabis Compliance EXPRESS training program.

This program and the certificate earned demonstrate that learners have gained the knowledge required to satisfy minimum compliance requirements as set by federal regulatory agencies the United States.

There are a total of 2 modules to complete in this course and a 30 question multiple choice final exam.

Module Description: Ensuring a healthy and safe environment for employees, patients, and customers is a critical component of running a compliant cannabis company. This course follows OSHA and FDA standards and proposes best practices and industry-specific recommendations designed to help you and your team gain the required knowledge to successfully implement and maintain an effective health & safety regimen, with specific considerations for the cannabis industry.

Outcomes:

• Understand important health & safety fundamentals standardized and implemented across many other industries, and the implications this may have on your business as federal legalization becomes increasingly likely.

   

• Design and implement a health and safety plan, with clear procedures around the communication of program priorities centered around protecting employee health, customer wellbeing, and product integrity and/or cleanliness.

   

• Maintain important practices and notification systems around exposure monitoring and the importance of personal protective equipment in proper employee safety.

Module Description: Designing an effective health and safety plan is only one part of effective compliance programs in cannabis. Ongoing cleaning, including sanitation and disinfection of surfaces and equipment, plays a vital role in maintaining low-risk compliance programs.

Outcomes:

• Implement and maintain a master sanitation schedule, including delegation of shared responsibilities and coverage of specific items as-needed to maintain a clean and safe environment for employees, customers, and your valuable product.

   

• Understand important considerations for site security, chemical control, and pest monitoring to minimize risk to your product inputs and outputs, as well as your employees, from improper storage or disposal practices.

   

• Verify implementation of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures with checklists and appropriate process documentation, useful in both SOP execution and mitigating any potential liabilities or risks that may arise as a result of on-site accidents.

The Cannabis Compliance EXPRESS final exam includes 30 multiple choice questions drawn directly from lesson content. To pass, learners must complete the exam with a score of 70 or above. 

Learners are given two opportunities to pass the final exam before the assessment becomes locked.
